Food and Drink

Our chefs are proud to produce excellent fare using as much local produce as we can. We will also try our best to accommodate anyone who has special dietary needs.

The main menu is available daily from 12 noon to 2pm and from 6.30 to 9.00 pm. Our restaurant licence extends to midnight and we change our menu regularly. The full menu is available for download here. The following is a sample menu:

Starters:
The X Guns Mushrooms, cooked with lashings of a creamy garlic and brandy sauce. Also, our renowned Combo Starter combining portions of breaded Brie, chicken satay with prawns, and accompanied with a wide selection of sauce dips.

Mains:
A wide range of prime Welsh Steaks ranging from an 8oz Fillet, 16oz T-Bone and Rump, up to a 32oz gastronomic giant! These are prepared by our dedicated staff to your individual preference and choice.

X-Guns Chicken � succulent breast of chicken wrapped in bacon, cooked in a creamy Stilton sauce and served with a selection of side vegetables and salad.

Desserts:
Banoffee Pie � a freshly made Guns speciality. It consisting of a crunchy biscuit base, slices of bananas and toffee made to our own recipe and topped with fresh double cream and a chocolate sauce.
